The First Vice President plays a crucial role in overseeing membership services, ensuring that our chapter remains in alignment with the Grand Chapter's goals and guidelines. This position emphasizes the importance of retention and fosters a strong sense of sisterhood among members. By prioritizing these values, the First Vice President helps to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all.

The Second Vice President is responsible ensuring that community programs align with the needs of the community, overseeing initiatives such as back-to-school events, health impact days, social action forums, and support for local. This role includes leading the Program Planning and Development Committee (PPD), which is tasked with implementing programming that supports the Sorority's Five Point Programmatic Thrust.

The Treasurer is responsible for the safekeeping and management of the chapter’s funds and financial accounts. She oversees the receipt, deposit, and disbursement of chapter funds in accordance with approved budgets, policies, and procedures. She provides regular financial reports to the chapter, monitors the chapter’s financial position, and works closely with the Financial Secretary and Finance Committee to support sound financial management and accountability.

The Financial Secretary is responsible for maintaining accurate records of money received by the chapter, including member dues, assessments, and other income. She documents and reports receipts, provides appropriate financial information to the Treasurer, and assists with maintaining accurate membership and financial records. She works closely with the Treasurer to ensure that all funds received are properly documented, reconciled, and accounted for.

The Recording Secretary is responsible for maintaining the official records of the chapter’s meetings and proceedings. She records and prepares accurate minutes, maintains the chapter’s permanent records, and presents minutes for review and approval. She also documents official actions, motions, and decisions of the chapter and ensures that approved records are properly maintained and accessible as needed.
